Ninja Foodi

This is my latest obsession.

I am not a huge fan of cooking.  I like things that make it easier and quicker.  I do, however, love to eat.  This device takes the place of three items I use regularly in my kitchen: slow cooker, rice cooker, and air fryer.  And it's a pressure cooker.  The combination of the sure cooker and air fryer is what makes the Ninja Foodi so cool.  I fixed leg quarters the other day.  I pressured them for 10 minutes, then air fried for 10, 5 on each side.  They came out perfectly.   Then later, I pressured the bones and leftover drippings with added water for a couple of hours and made broth.  The next day, I strained it all,  made rice with some of the broth, and froze the rest.  The rice, as you may have guessed, was perfect too.

I have a small kitchen, and I wanted something worth the counter space.  I truly believe I have found it.  If you google any food with Ninja Foodi in the search, a recipe will come up in the results.  So far, a few videos have popped up as well.  This is comforting, as I don't know much about the device as of yet.  There are hundreds of YouTubers who have perfected their recipes with Ninja Foodi.
